Interferometers

Interferometers are an indispensable measurement tool in optical production and quality control.

Interferometers are used for a wide variety of applications. Examples are testing of flatness and sphericity of optical surfaces, radius measurement and the testing of the wavefront of optical systems. Möller-Wedel interferometers are available in many sizes and setup combinations. View the interferometer catalog for information on possible setup combinations and other technical specifications.

INTERFEROMETER VI-DIRECT

Technical Design

Due to the modular design of the interferometer VI-direct, the Fizeau interferometer can be adapted to your specific requirements with different expanding optics (objective tubes). The compact design of the interferometer allows integration into your measurement setup. Depending on the measurement task, the system can be supplied with a non-stabilized, a stabilized He-Ne laser or a laser diode.
