4-Axes Adjustable Holder D40

 

Used for adjustable fixation of a collimatortesting telescopeautocollimator or electronic autocollimator with infinite adjustment as well as for an alignment telescope and an alignment autocollimator. Holder allows the precise and fast adjustment in four degrees of freedoms:

- tilt (pitch and yaw), ±2°
- lateral in horizontal and vertical direction (perpendicular to optical axis), ±5 mm

The holder can be easily fixed on optical breadboards. Moreover, it is compatible to the height adjustable tripod (Art. No. 223 082).

V-Prism for Plane Plates & Wedges

 

MÖLLER-WEDEL OPTICAL GmbH offer a V-block prism for secure mounting of wedges or plane plates in a diameter range from 40 to 60 mm. Alongside the determination of the wedge angle it is possible to determine the angle deviation of the cylindrical axis of the lateral area to the optical axis.

Autocollimator or testing telescope are x- and y-adjustable to the base surface. In addition, the height of the autocollimator or testing telescope to the specimen can be adjusted by changing the holder position. The base plate has M6 grid with 25 mm grid dimension and and allows the attachment of customized specimen mounts.

Sample Supports

MÖLLER-WEDEL OPTICAL GmbH offers different supporting tables with XY- translation stage, tilting function and/or phase shifter; for example an interferometer in combination with INTOMATIK N.  Additionally there are supporting flanges for autocollimators and a converter for the MELOS 530.

Note:  The supporting tables are typically part of the sale of the vertical stands.  If you wish to only purchase the tables, this is by special request.  Please contact us for further information.

With the tiltable support table, the user can measure prism faces with large production tolerances or a clear deviation from 90° to the base surface. it enables the compensation of pyramidal angles resulting in a tilt of prism face.

The support table H20, H35 and H45 for GONIOMAT A / A-HR and GONIOMAT APLUS product line allow the measurement of prisms with different sizes. The distance between optical axis of the autocollimator and the rotary table surface is reduced by the support tables around 20, 35 or 45 mm.

Supporting Flanges
 

Supporting flanges of type D40 and D65 are factory aligned perpendicular to the optical axis. They are screwed in front of the objective tubes of visual or electronic autocollimators.

Converter
 

The converter extends the measuring range of the effective focal lengths measurement of  MELOS 530 down to ±1 mm. For these focal length a measurement accuracy of 0.3% is achieved.

The converter is inserted in beam exit hole in the base plate of the MELOS 530 and can be instantly put to use.

Radius Measurement Unit

Equipment for radii measurement of spherical surfaces for vertical and horizontal setups.  

Note:  The radius measurement units for horizontal setups are especially designed for the interferometer VI direct series and cannot be used with other products.  The radius display module for vertical setups can also be used from the MELOS 530.

The display allows direct reading of radius out of the vertical position.
