Electronic Autocollimators
ELCOMAT
3000: A two axis electronic autocollimator
capable of measuring angles to 0.05 arc sec over a range of 2000 arc
sec with near zero drift. Alignment for signal acquisition is very
easy due to the wide measuring range.
The ELCOMAT 3000 is the ideal electronic autocollimator for precision
angle measurement both in the laboratory and on the shop floor. User-programmable
tolerances can be set to indicate go, no-go limits for Quality Control
work, and 9 steps of display-zoom facilitate fine adjustment tasks.
ELCOMAT
VARIO : A two axis electronic autocollimator capable of
measuring angles to 0.1 arc sec over different ranges depending upon
the focal length of the objective chosen from the catalog; very low
drift.
The ELCOMAT VARIO is ideal for automated measuring tasks, is available
in different focal lengths, and has different resolutions and ranges
for different measuring applications. User-programmable tolerances
can be set to indicate go, no-go limits for Quality Control work, and
9 steps of display-zoom facilitate fine adjustment tasks.
ELCOMAT
HR: A two axis electronic autocollimator capable of measuring
angles to 0.005 arc sec over a range of 300 arc sec with near zero
drift. Alignment for signal acquisition is very easy due to the
relatively wide measuring range.
The ELCOMAT HR is designed for applications in Standards Laboratories
where the highest accuracy and resolution are required. User-programmable
tolerances can be set to indicate go, no-go limits for Quality Control
work, and 9 steps of display-zoom facilitate fine adjustment tasks.
All Elcomats share the same control unit and display options with
an RS-232 output for computer interface. The Elcomat Series of electronic
autocollimators uses LEDs as light sources and CCD detectors. The display
can be read in arc sec, minutes, degrees, or radians.
Alignment for signal
acquisition is very easy due to the wide measuring range. The relatively
slow rise-time of the CCD detectors limits the data rate to 25 measurements
per second or 25Hz.
